## What you'll do

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and compliance processes.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English; excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop analyst-level staff.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a critical mindset.
