## What you'll do

• •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Geofencing Analysts.
• •Allocate and oversee team workload, monitor performance metrics.
• •Act as the primary escalation point for complex geofencing cases.
• •Support the development and maintenance of geofencing controls.
• •Monitor and analyze AML-related risks associated with geofencing.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• •Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• •Participate in internal audits and quality assurance initiatives.
• •Maintain communication with stakeholders and manage external relationships.
• •Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• •Contribute to the development of geofencing policies and procedures.

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or related fields.
• •Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and compliance processes.
• •Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• •Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• •ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification preferred.
• •Fluent in English; excellent analytical and communication skills.
• •Ability to coach and develop analyst-level staff.
• •Strong time management and organizational skills.
• •Adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
