What you'll do
- •Support the AML Compliance team with day-to-day client onboarding and KYC/KYB periodic refresh activities.
- •Maintain and update client records, compliance systems, and operational trackers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- •Monitor outstanding onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh requests and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely completion.
- •Assist in the execution of ongoing KYC/KYB Refresh initiatives, including the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the KYC/KYB Refresh pipeline.
- •Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management information to support business reporting and decision-making.
- •Provide administrative and operational support for AML Compliance initiatives, process improvement projects, and other ad hoc assignments.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Coverage, Operations, and Technology, to support the efficient delivery of onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh activities.
