Description
What you'll do
- •Handle incoming compliance procedures from counterparties: drafting, reviewing, correcting, and completing contractual documents in English.
- •Conduct Due Diligence of new counterparties: collect and analyze corporate documents, assess reputational and regulatory risks, prepare conclusions.
- •Develop new and update existing internal legal documents of the company.
- •Communicate with agents on incorporation issues of legal entities within the holding's expansion.
- •Assist in corporate and tax support of holding companies.
- •Other tasks within the position's competencies.

Requirements

- •Confident handling of legal documentation in English: reading, drafting, editing.
- •Relevant legal education (primary or additional).
