We are a fast-growing fintech project acting as a technological bridge between merchants and payment providers in the igaming niche across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

We operate in the igaming payments segment, which involves high-speed processes, complex compliance requirements, and constant work with international partners.

## What you'll do

• •Handle incoming compliance procedures from counterparties: drafting, reviewing, correcting, and completing contractual documents in English.
• •Conduct Due Diligence of new counterparties: collect and analyze corporate documents, assess reputational and regulatory risks, prepare conclusions.
• •Develop new and update existing internal legal documents of the company.
• •Communicate with agents on incorporation issues of legal entities within the holding's expansion.
• •Assist in corporate and tax support of holding companies.
• •Other tasks within the position's competencies.

• •Understanding of igaming payments specifics and provider requirements in the high-risk segment.
• •English language B2+ level for correspondence and documents.
• •Confident handling of legal documentation in English: reading, drafting, editing.
• •Relevant legal education (primary or additional).
