Compliance Officer (I-Gaming Expertise)

Join Betsson Group as a Compliance Officer to support regulatory operations in LatAm, focusing on Peru. Ideal for detail-oriented candidates with I-Gaming expertise. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our regulatory operations across LatAm markets, with a primary focus on Peru.

• •Support the management of licensing, regulatory reporting and ongoing compliance obligations in Peru and other Latin American jurisdictions as required.
• •Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, licence applications and responses to regulatory authorities.
• •Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of regulatory changes across relevant Latin American markets.
• •Maintain compliance documentation, records and evidence required to support audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
• •Assist in conducting compliance monitoring activities and reviews to identify potential regulatory risks, gaps or areas for improvement.
• •Support internal compliance training and awareness initiatives.
• •Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Compliance function.
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Product, Operations and Commercial teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and appropriately implemented.
