Compliance Team Lead - KYB

Binance is seeking a Compliance Team Lead to manage a team of KYB Analysts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

## What you'll do

• •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of KYB Analysts.
• •Allocate and oversee team workload, monitor performance metrics.
• •Act as the primary escalation point for complex KYB cases.
• •Oversee the end-to-end review and verification of client onboarding applications.
• •Maintain strong relationships with Relationship Partner Teams.
• •Ensure effective customer due diligence processes.
• •Oversee risk assessments and enhanced due diligence.
• •Monitor and review documentation of unusual activity or AML flags.
• •Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• •Contribute to the development of KYB policies and procedures.

• •At least 8 years of experience in a corporate onboarding/KYB role.
• •Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• •Fluent English speaker.
• •Strong knowledge of multiple client types.
• •ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification or equivalent highly preferred.
• •Demonstrated ability to coach and manage analyst-level staff.
• •Strong time management and organizational skills.
• •Adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• •Good knowledge of local laws and regulations.
