What you'll do
- •Lead the operational activities of the content department (100+ employees)
- •Ensure continuous filling of the showcase (RU, BY, KZ, UAE, KSA, QAT)
- •Develop and implement KPIs for departments
- •Organize promotional launches and maintain the relevance of promo sections
- •Control the creation and publication of product cards (texts, photos, videos, attributes)
- •Oversee the development and updating of brand zones
- •Monitor review moderation and analytics
- •Ensure high quality of visual and textual content
- •Work on reducing the launch time of the assortment
- •Coordinate interaction with the photo studio and warehouse
- •Ensure product movement for content creation
- •Increase process efficiency through automation
- •Form budgets for content creation and control their execution. Plan payroll, CAPEX, OPEX
- •Prepare regular reports for management
- •Track the market and best practices in e-commerce content, implement new approaches
