We produce talking head videos for brands in Reels/Shorts/TikTok format and scale production.

We work with various industries and clients from the CIS to the USA.

## What you'll do

• •Select the best scripts from trends
• •Assign tasks to editors clearly and efficiently
• •Review videos for engaging hooks, dynamic inserts, and suitability for the industry and target audience
• •Monitor account growth and identify effective strategies for testing and growth

## Conditions

• •Fixed salary of 60–140K ₽ depending on grade and number of accounts, plus bonuses for account growth

• •At least 1 year of experience in an SMM agency or Reels agency, or strong freelance cases

• •Analyze Reels as an analyst, not just a viewer
