ICG is seeking a Content Manager to oversee content production for short videos, working remotely with flexible hours.

We are an AI-content agency, ICG, creating over 10,000 short videos monthly.

We produce talking head videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and scale production across various industries and clients from the CIS to the USA.

## What you'll do

• •Select the best scripts from trends
• •Assign tasks to editors clearly and efficiently
• •Review videos for engaging hooks and dynamic inserts
• •Monitor account growth and test strategies for improvement
