What you'll do
- •Implement the marketing strategy of the project;
- •Manage tasks of the marketing team in your direction;
- •Coordinate the work of the direct marketer, designer, SMM specialist, and marketer;
- •Control task execution and deadlines;
- •Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and advertising channels;
- •Work with key performance indicators (CAC, CPL, ROMI, etc.);
- •Formulate and test marketing hypotheses;
- •Work with analytical systems: Roistat, CRM, Yandex Metrica;
- •Interact with contractors and control the quality of their work;
- •Develop regulations and improve internal processes;
- •Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Conditions
- •Income from 130,000 net: salary + KPI;
- •Hybrid work format;
- •Schedule 5/2 from 09:30 to 18:30;
- •Modern office 5 minutes from Ladozhskaya metro;
