Content Marketer / Content Producer

Join the Institute of Psychology 'Smart Body' as a Content Marketer/Producer. Lead content creation across platforms, engage audiences, and drive conversions in a dynamic remote environment. We have been creating content for a long time: a strong expert Oksana, who is constantly filming, active Instagram and Telegram, YouTube, and regular launches. Our team is small, without bureaucracy, we work from wherever is convenient and fully utilize neural networks.

• •Manage Instagram and Telegram — texts, carousels, Reels, Stories
• •Revive VK and email newsletters — maintain the database and warm it up for purchases
• •Edit long YouTube videos into short clips for all platforms, launch TikTok and Threads
• •Take over the marketing 'content factory' and improve it — automate, build processes, or delegate
• •Plan Oksana's shoots: topics, timing, materials
• •Set tasks for contractors and ensure deadlines and quality
• •Launches (6-7 per year) — main events: content plan and warming up across all channels, coordinate with us and implement. The next big one is in September
• •Measure effectiveness — through the funnel and each piece of content (leads, % quality), and make decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
