You’ll be
- •Focused on some of our largest commercial transactions supporting our SaaS services.
- •Taking the lead in coordinating negotiations on a wide variety of contracts, including strategic license agreements and services agreements.
- •Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities to closure.
- •Developing and refining processes to drive efficiencies between the legal and cross-functional teams throughout the deal cycle.
- •Creating templates and advising on implementation.
- •Driving efficiencies through the effective use of AI tools.
- •Learning new technologies, products and practice areas without much precedence.
Qualifications
- •A university degree is required or a GDL or JD, plus paralegal certification (CILEX, NALP, or ILSPA), is a strong plus.
- •Comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
