What you'll do
- •Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organization Matrix;
- •Ensure the functionality of the studios;
- •Respect and maintain the game standards imposed by the company;
- •Acknowledge the table calls and solving them so that the game can be resumed as soon as possible;
- •Report and log incidents and mistakes;
- •Assist in the process of closing and opening tables;
- •Up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies.
