Requirements
- •3-5+ years experience in AML/CTF compliance, QA, controls testing/monitoring, assurance, or internal audit.
- •Demonstrated experience with AUSTRAC-focused AML/CTF obligations.
- •Proven ability to perform controls testing across CDD/EDD, screening, transaction monitoring/investigations.
- •Strong knowledge of control testing concepts.
- •Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- •Experience in digital assets/crypto exchange compliance is highly desirable.
- •Familiarity with transaction monitoring and screening tools is preferred.
- •Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CA AML/CTF are an advantage.
