Binance is hiring a Controls Testing & QA Specialist in Australia to design and execute controls testing plans for AML/CTF compliance, focusing on AUSTRAC obligations.

## What you'll do

• •Design and execute a periodic controls testing plan aligned to Binance Australia’s AML/CTF Program.
• •Maintain and enhance the controls testing methodology.
• •Conduct frequent controls testing using defined test scripts.
• •Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness.
• •Perform thematic reviews and emerging risk testing.
• •QA and controls testing across core AML/CTF workflows.
• •Draft periodic QA/controls testing MI dashboards and presentations.
• •Communicate testing outcomes and recommendations.
• •Support audit and regulatory readiness.

• •3-5+ years experience in AML/CTF compliance, QA, controls testing/monitoring, assurance, or internal audit.
• •Demonstrated experience with AUSTRAC-focused AML/CTF obligations.
• •Proven ability to perform controls testing across CDD/EDD, screening, transaction monitoring/investigations.
• •Strong knowledge of control testing concepts.
• •Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• •Experience in digital assets/crypto exchange compliance is highly desirable.
• •Familiarity with transaction monitoring and screening tools is preferred.
• •Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CA AML/CTF are an advantage.
