What you'll do
- •Own and drive core platform features across Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages — including general site operations, compliance tracking, localization, and content display configuration.
- •Design and optimize onboarding flows and user journeys to improve new user conversion and activation across key touchpoints, applying strong UI/UX sensibility and design thinking to 2C product experiences.
- •Design and iterate on recommendation and personalization strategies to achieve personalized content delivery; partner with engineering teams to build and refine personalization engines and generative UI experiences that adapt to user context.
- •Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, and ensuring product delivery with strong stakeholder management.
- •Collaborate with AI teams search/recommendation algorithms and LLM teams to translate model capabilities into user value.
- •Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data — apply a rigorous, data-driven methodology to all product decisions; support business units with exposure and growth initiatives across the App.
