What you'll do at Figma
- •Support the preparation, review, and filing of Figma's SEC reports and other corporate regulatory filings, including quarterly reports, the annual proxy statement, Section 16 filings, and beneficial ownership reports.
- •Support review of public-facing corporate communications, including earnings materials and investor presentations.
- •Assist with corporate governance matters, including preparing Board and Committee materials and maintaining and operationalizing public-company policies.
- •Provide support on equity matters, including 10b5-1 plans and Figma's trading policy.
- •Build and maintain processes using AI and other tools, such as playbooks, templates, metrics, self-serve tools, and automations, to help improve legal workflows and scale the legal function.
- •Partner with and provide practical legal advice to other critical stakeholders across accounting, equity, finance, people, and communications.
- •Provide legal support for transactional and general corporate matters, including financings, strategic transactions, and corporate initiatives as they arise.

- •Pay Transparency Disclosure: Annual Base Salary Range: $153,000 — $296,000 USD.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- •4+ years of legal experience at a top tier law firm and in-house legal department; you should have a J.D. and be a current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
- •Deep knowledge of corporate and securities laws and SEC reporting requirements.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and business judgment, with the ability to distill complex issues and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- •Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects and recalibrate advice in response to shifting priorities, legal developments, and risk tolerance.
- •A strong self-awareness around what you know and what you don't know, and a sense of curiosity and desire to learn what you don't.
