Country Director, India

• •Own Coinbase's business performance in India, with direct accountability for user growth, revenue, and long-term market position.
• •Drive the country strategy by synthesizing market, regulatory, and competitive analysis into high-impact growth opportunities.
• •Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Policy.
• •Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape and launch locally relevant products.
• •Shape Coinbase's regulatory and policy positioning in India by engaging directly with regulators and stakeholders.
• •Build and develop a high-performing local team.

• •Target annual base salary: $98K - $162K.
• •Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).

• •Senior leadership experience (CEO, COO, GM, Country Head, or Founder) scaling a platform, e-commerce, fintech, or trading business in India.
• •Direct experience engaging with Indian financial regulators and policy stakeholders.
• •Track record partnering with Product, Marketing, and Business Development in regulated environments.
• •Deep understanding of India's regulated financial services ecosystem.
• •Proven ability to lead in a remote-first, globally matrixed organization.
• •Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
