## What you'll do
- •Business development and client acquisition in the offshore energy sector.
- •Managing client relationships based on trust and partnership.
- •Conducting contract negotiations and agreements.
- •Leading and developing the offshore team.
- •Strengthening the company's market position in Poland.
- •Coordinating with the German parent company and international stakeholders.
- •Co-developing long-term business strategy for the offshore division.
