Country Manager / Growth Leader (LATAM)

Looking for a Country Manager/Growth Leader to launch and develop the LATAM market in a major international iGaming holding.

• •Launching the brand in Latin American countries and achieving key business metrics;
• •Developing local payment infrastructure (PSP, banks, alternative payment methods);
• •Scaling performance, affiliate, and partner acquisition channels;
• •Adapting the product to local demand, user behavior, and regulatory requirements;
• •Building processes and forming a local team as needed.

• •Work in one of the largest international iGaming holdings;
• •Fully remote format without relocation;
• •High level of autonomy and direct influence on market results;

• •Experience in launching, developing, or scaling international markets;
• •Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other fast-growing digital products;
• •Understanding of the LATAM payment ecosystem is a plus;
• •Strong product and growth expertise.
