Country Manager, Taiwan

Notion is seeking a Country Manager for Taiwan to establish and grow its presence in the market, leading the sales team and collaborating with various departments to maximize impact. • •Own all revenue of the Taiwan business
• •Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to drive pipeline and revenue
• •Deeply understand existing and prospective Notion users in-market — their workflows, use cases, and unmet needs — and translate those insights into a market strategy
• •Build momentum in the local ecosystem through community, startups, and strategic partnerships
• •Establish Notion’s brand presence in-market and represent Notion as the public face across press, events, and executive conversations
• •Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes with Notion
• •Actively seek opportunities to engage, promote, and grow Notion’s presence across the region
