## What you'll do
- •Develop and implement product strategy from scratch.
- •Launch product in a new GEO.
- •Build and manage a strong product team.
- •Lead cross-functional teams (dev, marketing, analytics).
- •Hire key specialists and develop product functions.
- •Prioritize backlog, manage roadmap, control timelines and quality.
- •Establish effective internal processes and interdepartmental interactions.
- •Control technical stability of the product (monitoring, alerting, fault tolerance).
- •Define and control product KPIs.
- •Analyze user behavior and improve customer experience.
- •Regular reporting and strategy presentation to top management.

Requirements
- •Experience as CPO / Head of Product in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-load digital projects.
- •Proven experience launching products from scratch.

- •Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user scenarios.
- •Experience managing cross-functional delivery models.
- •Understanding of product metrics: CLTV, retention, NPS, unit economics.
- •Experience in budgeting and financial planning for products.
- •Systematic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- •Fluent English.
