## What you'll do

  • Launch product in a new GEO.
  • Build and manage a strong product team.

  • Hire key specialists and develop product functions.
  • Prioritize backlog, manage roadmap, control timelines and quality.
  • Establish effective internal processes and interdepartmental interactions.
  • Control technical stability of the product (monitoring, alerting, fault tolerance).
  • Define and control product KPIs.
  • Analyze user behavior and improve customer experience.
  • Regular reporting and strategy presentation to top management.

Requirements

  • Experience as CPO / Head of Product in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-load digital projects.
  • Proven experience launching products from scratch.
  • Strong leadership skills and team-building experience.
  • Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user scenarios.
  • Experience managing cross-functional delivery models.
  • Understanding of product metrics: CLTV, retention, NPS, unit economics.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning for products.
  • Systematic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent English.
