Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in performance creatives / paid ads
- •Experience with web-to-web funnels: quiz → paywall → trial
- •Understanding of CPA / ROAS / CTR / CVR / Hook Rate and ability to work with these metrics
- •Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- •AI-first approach - using AI for video, creatives, scripts, and accelerating production
- •Portfolio with real figures and results - mandatory
- •Experience with significant budgets - preferred $20K–$100K+ / month
- •Experience in subscription applications - mandatory (experience in Utilities / Health & Fitness niches is a plus)
