Creative Producer / Content Creator

We are looking for a Creative Producer specializing in the Turkish market to create engaging advertising assets for TikTok Ads and Meta Ads in a full-time remote role. We develop, support, and scale our own full-cycle products in three high-tech verticals. Your focus will be on iGaming.

• •Trend Hunting: Continuous monitoring of the digital space in Turkey, local memes, slang, and consumer psychology.
• •Hands-on Production: Independently design and edit 5 to 10 fresh dynamic video hooks and static variations daily (tools: Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
• •Live Synchronization: Close interaction with media buying teams in a live co-working format. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CR, ROAS) in real-time and quickly iterate graphics for profitable connections.

• •Speed: High working speed in CapCut/Premiere Pro and Figma/Canva.
• •Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming, Crypto, or mobile subscription applications will be a significant advantage.
