What you'll do

  • โ€ขLead end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • โ€ขDevelop and maintain creative project timelines, setting clear goals and expectations for all stakeholders.
  • โ€ขCollaborate with channel managers to establish the creative analysis process and KPI adherence.
  • โ€ขCollaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.
  • โ€ขImplement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
  • โ€ขMaintain a healthy roster of external vendors while managing communication with them.
  • โ€ขBe the gatekeeper. Manage creative resources efficiently and effectively.
  • โ€ขMaintain project documentation and file management.
  • โ€ขCollaborate with global teams across different time zones when required.

Requirements

  • โ€ขBachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • โ€ข3-5 years of project management and related experience.
  • โ€ขStrong project management skills: Great at multitasking and ability to manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • โ€ขExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • โ€ขData-driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
  • โ€ขStrong understanding of creative strategy and processes: Familiar with performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, coupled with the ability to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
  • โ€ขAgile project management: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines, while coordinating creative assets effectively across multiple channels, ensuring platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and strong messaging.
  • โ€ขHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven: Strong attention to detail to ensure creative assets are error-free and optimized for each platform, while maintaining high quality.
  • โ€ขExperienced in project management tools such as Airtable, that can aid in efficient task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.
  • โ€ขKnowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
  • โ€ขBasic knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and other relevant tools is preferred.
  • โ€ขDigital advertising expertise is an advantage: In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Familiarity with their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
