Description
What you'll do
- โขLead end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- โขDevelop and maintain creative project timelines, setting clear goals and expectations for all stakeholders.
- โขCollaborate with channel managers to establish the creative analysis process and KPI adherence.
- โขCollaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.
- โขImplement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
- โขMaintain a healthy roster of external vendors while managing communication with them.
- โขBe the gatekeeper. Manage creative resources efficiently and effectively.
- โขMaintain project documentation and file management.
- โขCollaborate with global teams across different time zones when required.

Requirements
- โขBachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
- โข3-5 years of project management and related experience.
- โขStrong project management skills: Great at multitasking and ability to manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- โขExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
- โขData-driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
- โขStrong understanding of creative strategy and processes: Familiar with performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, coupled with the ability to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
- โขAgile project management: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines, while coordinating creative assets effectively across multiple channels, ensuring platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and strong messaging.
- โขHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven: Strong attention to detail to ensure creative assets are error-free and optimized for each platform, while maintaining high quality.
- โขExperienced in project management tools such as Airtable, that can aid in efficient task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.
- โขKnowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
- โขBasic knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and other relevant tools is preferred.
- โขDigital advertising expertise is an advantage: In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Familiarity with their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
