Description

What you'll do

  • β€’Own Instagram and TikTok creator partnerships end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through launch, iteration, and scale
  • β€’Identify, source, and build relationships with creators across sports, culture, finance, entertainment, and internet-native verticals
  • β€’Pitch Kalshi to creators in a way that feels authentic, compelling, and aligned with their voice and audience
  • β€’Negotiate partnership terms including deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compensation
  • β€’Launch and manage creator-led campaigns in close coordination with marketing, growth, and creative teams
  • β€’Ensure creator content aligns with brand voice while still feeling native to each platform
  • β€’Track performance and qualitative impact, including reach, engagement, installs, and cultural resonance
  • β€’Use performance insights and cultural learnings to iterate on creator strategy and inform future partnerships
  • β€’Build repeatable processes and playbooks for sourcing, onboarding, and scaling creator relationships

Requirements

  • β€’2–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social growth
  • β€’Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok creators, formats, and platform dynamics
  • β€’Proven ability to source and close creator partnerships through direct outreach and relationship-building
  • β€’Strong creative instincts and cultural taste β€” you know what will (and won’t) resonate online
  • β€’Comfort negotiating deals and managing multiple creator relationships at once
  • β€’Bias toward action, speed, and ownership with minimal process
  • β€’Clear communicator who can represent the brand confidently to external partners
