What you'll do
- •Coordinate credentialing processes: issuance, replacement, recovery, and deactivation of credentials.
- •Manage and track physical access control for employees, visitors, and external personnel.
- •Handle operational requirements with Security, Facilities, HR, and Operations.
- •Follow up on incidents, requests, and escalations related to physical access and operational security.
- •Maintain updated databases, operational trackers, and credential control records.
- •Supervise the correct execution of operational processes related to physical access.
- •Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational indicators, and established controls.
- •Identify operational risks related to access and propose corrective actions.
- •Ensure traceability and documentation of all processes in the area.
