Description

What you'll be doing

  • β€’Run trigger-based and mass communications across channels (email, push notifications, etc.)
  • β€’Develop, build, and launch campaigns β€” from ideation and layout (in Letteros) to QA and sending
  • β€’Work with user segmentation based on the customer journey (CJM)
  • β€’Conduct A/B testing: formulate hypotheses, set up experiments, and analyze results
  • β€’Analyze campaign performance β€” from core CRM metrics to impact on user behavior
  • β€’Collaborate with cross-functional teams: marketing, analytics, product, engineering, legal, etc.
  • β€’Own the quality of campaign launches: validate segments, sending logic, rendering, and all details before going live

Requirements

What we expect from you

  • β€’Native or fluent Russian (both written and spoken) is required
  • β€’2+ years of experience in CRM communications
  • β€’Experience with CDP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mindbox, Altcraft)
  • β€’Strong understanding of customer journeys (CJM) and how communication impacts user experience
  • β€’Data-driven mindset: ability to distinguish between surface metrics (e.g., email opens) and meaningful user actions
  • β€’Experience with A/B testing: forming hypotheses, running experiments, and interpreting results beyond surface-level metrics
  • β€’Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • β€’Experience working with large user bases (1M+ users)
  • β€’High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
  • β€’Proactive mindset: not just executing tasks, but suggesting improvements
