CRM QA Engineer

• •2+ years of QA experience in the iGaming industry.
• •Hands-on experience testing CRM campaigns, including customer journeys, promotions, bonuses, triggers, segmentation, and communication channels (Email, SMS, Push, and In-App).
• •Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign validation and customer lifecycle management.
• •Experience working with CRM platforms; Smartico experience is a strong advantage.
• •Experience creating test cases, reporting defects, and performing regression testing.
• •Ability to analyze campaign logic and identify edge cases.
• •Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• •Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• •Good written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
