Pampas Casino is looking for a strong CRM Retention Team Lead to take ownership of the retention direction and elevate CRM to a new level.
What you'll do
- ā¢Manage the CRM Retention team;
- ā¢Develop and optimize CRM chains (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp);
- ā¢Launch Welcome, Reactivation, and Loyalty campaigns;
- ā¢Work with player segments and improve retention;
- ā¢Analyze results, test hypotheses, and scale successful solutions;
- ā¢Influence key business metrics: Retention, LTV, Redeposit, Dep2/Dep3, ARPPU, NGR;
- ā¢Interact with Product, VIP, Support, Traffic, and Risk teams.
