What You’ll Do
- •Own and lead SHx’s community strategy, growth, and engagement across key platforms.
- •Respond to community inquiries and feedback with empathy and accuracy.
- •Represent SHx at industry meetups, events, and conferences.
- •Design and host virtual events like AMAs, webinars, and token updates.
- •Work closely with marketing and product to surface community insights.
- •Create updates and high-signal messaging tailored to SHx token holders and advocates.
- •Track engagement, sentiment, and report on community health to leadership.
- •Provide regular reports to leadership on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
What We’re Looking For
- •7+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.
- •Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- •Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- •Must be proficient in prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude.
- •Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus. A deep understanding of online communities and the ability to navigate the complexities of community dynamics.
- •Passion for building inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities. A proactive, problem-solving approach with an ability to adapt to fast-changing environments. Must have the ability to remain professional and enthusiastic in the face of potential confrontation.
