10arx is seeking a CTO to lead the development of an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets, offering professional-level tools for retail traders.

10arx is creating a next-generation trading terminal for prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi.

The platform is an AI-native layer built on smart contracts, providing retail traders with professional-level tools such as AI event analysis, autonomous bots, top-wallet trade copying, and risk management.

## What you'll do

• •Build a real-time web terminal (React/TS) with event aggregation and AI analysis for Polymarket.
• •Develop a smart contract layer on Solidity (EVM, Polygon) for order execution, hedging, and custom pools.
• •Create an AI engine for probability and news analysis using LLM.
• •Implement a system of autonomous trading bots with personalization.
• •Integrate external AI agents via the MCP protocol.
• •Develop a Copy Trading module with risk control.

• •Up to $10,000/month plus significant equity.
• •Position as Founding Engineer / CTO.

• •Experience in creating trading platforms, exchanges, or DeFi protocols.
