Responsibilities
- •Develop and scale the company's internal technical infrastructure;
- •Audit existing technical solutions and propose improvements;
- •Manage technical projects from requirements gathering to deployment;
- •Coordinate the technical team's work and establish effective interaction with internal clients;
- •Participate in forming the technical strategy and setting infrastructure development priorities;
- •Take part in hiring, developing specialists, and building the department structure.

Requirements
- •At least 2 years of experience as a CTO in an arbitrage team (iGaming / Crypto), preferably with traffic acquisition on Meta and Google;
- •Experience in developing CRM/ERP for buying;
- •Experience in managing a technical team and building development processes from scratch;
- •Direct interaction experience with owners and heads;
- •Strong technical background in development and architecture, understanding of DevOps, security, and fault tolerance;
- •Understanding of arbitrage specifics: trackers, farms, traffic acquisition, anti-detects.
