CTO - Crypto Mining & CTO - Crypto Wallet Platform

EMCD is looking for two CTOs for different product directions in the global crypto/fintech ecosystem. We at EMCD are developing a global crypto/fintech ecosystem and are currently strengthening two key technological directions.

• •Technical strategy and architecture of the Mining Pool;
• •Development of systems for accounting hash rate, rewards, payouts, and monitoring;
• •Ensuring reliability 24/7, high availability, and security of the infrastructure;
• •Managing engineering teams and developing engineering culture;
• •Implementing CI/CD, observability, incident management, and RCA;
• •Interaction with product, security, and platform teams.

• •End-to-end technical vision and architecture of the crypto-fiat wallet platform;
• •Scaling onboarding, payments, custody, swaps, and Web3 assets;
• •Implementing AI in the product: personalization, fraud detection, financial insights, support automation;
• •Managing cross-functional teams: backend, mobile, DevOps, data, security;
• •Developing integrations with banks, PSPs, blockchain networks, and custodians;
• •Ensuring compliance with security, compliance, AML/KYC, PCI DSS, GDPR requirements.
