Description
Key Responsibilities
- β’Act as the primary contact for customers regarding all service-related topics
- β’Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders
- β’Align priorities within the squad and manage backlog, workload, and delivery progress
- β’Ensure delivery in line with SLA, SOW, and contractual agreements
- β’Proactively communicate on service performance, risks, and issues
- β’Monitor customer satisfaction and manage escalations in coordination with stakeholders
- β’Review time registrations and support financial follow-up and invoicing
- β’Monitor and manage customer profitability, ensuring alignment between effort and contract
- β’Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and international delivery hubs
Key Advantages
- β’Experience with SAP HCM solutions (preferably in AMS environments)
- β’Knowledge of Agile / Lean ways of working
- β’Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
- β’Understanding of SLA/KPI management and financial tracking
Requirements
What You Bring
- β’Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR or a related field.
- β’Fluent in Polish and English
- β’Experience in service delivery / AMS / IT service management
- β’Experience in project or delivery management
- β’Strong understanding of customer relationship management and governance
- β’Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- β’Ability to prioritize, manage workload, and operate in a dynamic environment
