Description

What you'll do

  • β€’Support and resolve technical issues for customers using the AI Agents platform.
  • β€’Monitor system status and respond to incidents.
  • β€’Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed.
  • β€’Coordinate cross-team incident resolution until full recovery.
  • β€’Inform stakeholders and clients of updates.
  • β€’Conduct incident analysis and implement improvements.

Conditions

  • β€’Remote work from North and South America and Western Europe.
  • β€’Working hours: 09:00–18:00 (Mexico time, CST/CDT).

Requirements

  • β€’Over 2 years of relevant experience in IT support/operations.
  • β€’Basic knowledge of SQL and API.
  • β€’Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana).
  • β€’Knowledge of ITSM systems and ITIL fundamentals.
  • β€’Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Prometheus, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
  • β€’Understanding of AI Agents is an advantage.
  • β€’Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
  • β€’High responsibility and communication skills.
  • β€’Native English proficiency required (Spanish is a plus).
