Description
What you'll do
- β’Support and resolve technical issues for customers using the AI Agents platform.
- β’Monitor system status and respond to incidents.
- β’Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed.
- β’Coordinate cross-team incident resolution until full recovery.
- β’Inform stakeholders and clients of updates.
- β’Conduct incident analysis and implement improvements.
Conditions
- β’Remote work from North and South America and Western Europe.
- β’Working hours: 09:00β18:00 (Mexico time, CST/CDT).
Requirements
- β’Over 2 years of relevant experience in IT support/operations.
- β’Basic knowledge of SQL and API.
- β’Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana).
- β’Knowledge of ITSM systems and ITIL fundamentals.
- β’Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Prometheus, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
- β’Understanding of AI Agents is an advantage.
- β’Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- β’High responsibility and communication skills.
- β’Native English proficiency required (Spanish is a plus).
