Customer IT Support Engineer

Seeking a Customer IT Support Engineer with over 2 years of experience in IT support and operations, proficient in SQL, API, and monitoring tools.

• •Over 2 years of experience in IT support/operations.
• •Basic knowledge of SQL and API.
• •Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana).
• •Knowledge of ITSM systems and ITIL fundamentals.
• •Understanding of AI Agents is a plus.
• •Python knowledge is a plus.
• •High level of expertise.
• •Responsibility and communication skills.
• •Fluent English required; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
