What you'll do
- •Assist Nordic-speaking and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- •Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
- •Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- •Manage customer accounts
- •Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
