Allium is building the System of Record for Onchain Finance, ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains.

We serve finance, accounting, risk teams, engineers, product teams, and strategy teams, providing a trusted source of truth for onchain financial activity.

## What you'll do

  • Own onboarding, product adoption, training, renewals, advocacy programs, and expansion across accounts.
  • Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies.
  • Partner with Sales for upsells and cross-sells.
  • Build executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Translate customer feedback into product insights.
  • Develop customer health scoring systems.
  • Create frameworks and customer education programs.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Experience in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure-as-a-service products.
  • Track record of developing Customer Success strategies.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts and high-velocity users.
  • Understanding of customer health modeling and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
