Customer Success Manager

Join Allium as a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experiences with blockchain data infrastructure.

Drive strategic success planning, manage a $5M+ ARR book of business, and contribute to the growth of Allium’s Customer Success team.

Allium is building the System of Record for Onchain Finance, ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains.

We serve finance, accounting, risk teams, engineers, product teams, and strategy teams, providing a trusted source of truth for onchain financial activity.

## What you'll do

• •Own onboarding, product adoption, training, renewals, advocacy programs, and expansion across accounts.
• •Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies.
• •Partner with Sales for upsells and cross-sells.
• •Build executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• •Translate customer feedback into product insights.
• •Develop customer health scoring systems.
• •Create frameworks and customer education programs.
• •Turn successful customers into advocates.

• •5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
• •Experience in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure-as-a-service products.
• •Track record of developing Customer Success strategies.
• •Experience managing large enterprise accounts and high-velocity users.
• •Understanding of customer health modeling and risk mitigation.
• •Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• •Exceptional communication skills.
