What you'll do
- β’Make outgoing calls to clients using approved scripts;
- β’Provide text support in chat;
- β’Adhere to service quality standards and communication protocols;
- β’Work in a distributed team on a shift schedule (2 days on / 2 days off);
- β’Interact with security, fraud monitoring, product, and CRM departments as needed;
- β’Work in a ticket system and CRM (training provided on-site).
