What you'll do

  • โ€ขProvide prompt and quality assistance to users and merchants in chats (no cold calls).
  • โ€ขUnderstand technical cases: transaction delays, API integrations, blockchain network questions, and P2P operations.
  • โ€ขAdhere to strict and clear quality standards and response time metrics (SLA/FRT).
  • โ€ขCreate bug reports for the development and QA teams if something goes wrong.
