What you'll do
- โขProvide prompt and quality assistance to users and merchants in chats (no cold calls).
- โขUnderstand technical cases: transaction delays, API integrations, blockchain network questions, and P2P operations.
- โขAdhere to strict and clear quality standards and response time metrics (SLA/FRT).
- โขCreate bug reports for the development and QA teams if something goes wrong.
