Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขSupporting customers with onboarding and information requests by communicating effectively in a professional manner
  • โ€ขPerforming Account Opening and Closing processing, including ISA Transfers
  • โ€ขSupporting other client communication channels, like our Forum and social media
  • โ€ขKnowledgeable about our service and able to explain that to customers in a simple but accurate way
  • โ€ขManaging workflow queues and mailboxes
  • โ€ขUndertaking prompt and appropriate action to address complaints
  • โ€ขWorking collaboratively with departments across the business
  • โ€ขEnsuring that all client-service-related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures for the firm's AML and KYC obligations
  • โ€ขUnderstanding the regulatory requirements relating to Financial Crime, Advice, Complaints, and Treating Customers Fairly

Requirements

  • โ€ขGood command of English
  • โ€ขExcellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • โ€ขAbility to use own initiative and work independently
  • โ€ขAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • โ€ขProcedure and controls mindset and identify improvements to processes
  • โ€ขExperience of working with Helpdesk (we use Zendesk)
