## What you'll do

• •Calculate, analyze, and monitor key financial metrics such as LTV, CAC, and customer revenue.
• •Analyze customer financial behavior including segmentation and churn forecasting.
• •Prepare data and provide analytical support for cross-functional projects.
• •Consult on financial metrics for other product analysts.
• •Create and maintain dashboards and data exports.

• •At least 2 years of experience as an analyst, preferably in fintech or banking.
• •Deep knowledge of SQL, including complex queries and window functions.
• •Practical experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
• •Ability to create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Metabase.
• •Understanding of financial metrics in business analytics.
