Data Analyst Middle/Middle+ [Risk]

Join Plata as a Data Analyst for our Risk AI Platform, focusing on data engineering, analytics, and ML. Work with SQL, dbt, and Python to build reliable data pipelines and ensure data quality for scoring models. We are looking for a Data Analyst for our Risk AI Platform - the group that owns the data and ML infrastructure behind Plata's credit decisioning.

• •Develop and maintain the feature store: design and optimize dbt models across our multi-layer pipeline.
• •Onboard new external data sources into the platform.
• •Guarantee consistency between training and serving: build checks and monitoring.
• •Own data quality and observability for the features you ship.
• •Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize features.
• •Improve our tooling, standards, and documentation.

• •2-3 years of experience in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or strongly engineering-oriented data analyst role.
• •Strong SQL: comfortable writing and optimizing complex queries.
• •Solid Python for data work.
• •Hands-on experience with dbt or building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• •A working understanding of ML.
• •A data-quality mindset: care about correctness and monitoring.
• •B1 or higher English level.
