Data Analyst in Real Estate Team

🔹Future tasks include:

• •Optimize the metrics funnel for property owners from agreement to deal, increasing conversion rates.
• •Support and enhance matchmaking mechanics for lead distribution among real estate agents.
• •Generate hypotheses and features for improving the owner dashboard and assess their impact on metrics, including using 'A/B without A/B' methods.
• •Develop and improve the methodology for determining the integral effect of all initiatives.
• •Optimize operations (call center) and sales department workflows.
• •Develop a model for owner churn and find ways to prevent it.
• •Participate in forming strategies and tracks for the next 5 years.
