Data Analytics Engineer

Alchemy seeks a Data Analytics Engineer to design and manage data models for AI tooling, ensuring clean, trusted datasets for strategic company decisions.

## What you'll do

• •Build and own the canonical data models in Snowflake that serve as Alchemy's company-wide source of truth.
• •Structure datasets for optimal performance of vendor AI tools.
• •Explore and prototype MCP integrations for conversational data queries.
• •Eliminate shadow tables by serving team data needs at the platform level.
• •Own the transformation layer (dbt) with rigorous testing and validation.

• •6+ years in data engineering with strong SQL and deep Snowflake expertise.
• •Experience designing efficient, scalable analytical data models.
• •Proficiency with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks.
• •Strong data quality instincts and a track record of building infrastructure.
• •Good judgment and communication skills.
• •Experience in startups is a plus.
