• •Create a library of skills of varying complexity, from simple utilities to complex analytical tools (e.g., deep integration with Jira for status analysis, dependencies, and document automation).
• •Design and implement mechanisms to automate routine business processes to minimize human factors and optimize workflows.
• •Conduct applied research in current LLM architectures and agent frameworks.
• •Study relevant scientific publications and execute prototypes (PoC) based on state-of-the-art methods for subsequent implementation in the product.
• •Optimize internal tools to ensure scalability of skills and easy reuse by other users of the system.
• •Create and optimize recommendation systems to enhance user engagement.
• •Work with technical documentation.
• •Diagnose growth areas: develop a methodology for identifying "failing" competencies of operators based on clustering errors and analyzing performance results.
