Data Scientist (Gamedev)

Join Game gears as a Data Scientist to work on the mobile project Aliens vs Zombies: Invasion, focusing on machine learning and data analysis. We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our work on the mobile project — Aliens vs Zombies: Invasion. You will work with large volumes of data from a live project, focusing on machine learning: finding hidden patterns, building predictive models, and helping the product grow through quality ML solutions.

• •Design, train, and maintain ML models for predicting LTV and other business metrics.
• •Develop user churn prediction models.
• •Conduct user segmentation for personalizing the gaming experience.
• •Find effective proxy events for optimizing product decisions.
• •Conduct factor analysis (SHAP + multiplier framework (tutorial/engagement signals)) and evaluate the impact of various features on key metrics.
• •Analyze unstructured data (e.g., for automating player feedback processing).
