Lead with technical expertise in SQL and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Support Specialists.
• •Act as the main point of contact for data-related incidents, requests, and escalations.
• •Ensure high data quality and integrity across gaming, player, and financial datasets.
• •Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• •Monitor data pipelines and resolve data discrepancies or failures.
• •Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product, and Operations teams.
• •Implement and improve data support processes, SLAs, and documentation.
• •Analyze recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Participate in on-call rotation if required.
