Overview
MGTS is looking for a DataOps Engineer to manage data storage and deploy a lakehouse MVP on Kubernetes. Remote work available. MGTS is the main telecommunications partner of Moscow and part of the MTS ecosystem. We need an engineer with DevOps skills and a systematic DataOps mindset.
What you'll do
- •Understand the existing storage (MSSQL) and current data platform infrastructure (S3 storage, orchestration, monitoring)
- •Configure and verify backups and recovery
- •Set up GitFlow and DataOps workflow: contracts, tests, CI/CD
- •Deploy and fine-tune monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus)
- •Manage certificates (TLS/PKI), role model through AD
