What you'll do
- •Design and execute DeFi yield strategies across various products
- •Evaluate opportunities by risk-adjusted return
- •Monitor protocol health and smart contract risk

- •Build and maintain performance tracking
- •Stress-test strategies under different market scenarios
- •Produce strategy reports for the investment team

Requirements
- •2–4 years of experience in digital asset investing or DeFi operations
- •Hands-on experience managing capital across major DeFi protocols
- •Strong understanding of lending markets, AMMs, and tokenomics
- •Knowledge of protocol and smart contract risk frameworks
- •Familiarity with major ecosystems like Ethereum and Solana
- •Experience with on-chain analytics tools
- •Ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-moving markets
- •Python/SQL skills are a plus
