Velvetech is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to lead outbound marketing efforts, focusing on strategic campaigns and lead generation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generator to lead our outbound marketing efforts across email and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outbound campaigns that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), creating compelling outreach sequences, and continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

  • Develop comprehensive outbound strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize and manage outbound tools such as CRM systems and email automation platforms.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or B2B sales development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing outbound campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
